Why Ozon prices need a check

Two prices for one product

Almost every product on Ozon has two prices: the regular one and the "with Ozon Card" one. Which of them to measure the deal against, and how both have changed — the product page won't tell you. The shopper only sees today's numbers.

The price shifts during the day

Ozon uses dynamic pricing: a product's cost can change within hours. Catching the right moment by glancing at the page now and then is nearly impossible.

The crossed-out price is not history

The struck-through "was" on Ozon is the base the seller counts the discount from, not what the product cost yesterday or a month ago. Before big promos that base often gets raised, and a "40% discount" turns out to be a return to the normal price.

Flash sales and countdown timers

Promotions on Ozon run almost non-stop: flash sales, "instant discounts", countdown timers. All of it pushes you to buy right now, although without price history you can't tell whether the offer is actually good.

How it works

Track Ozon prices in a couple of minutes

1

Add a link from Ozon

Paste the product link or SKU into the app.palert.ru web app, or install the Palert browser extension — then the chart appears right on the product page. Registration is free, no bank card needed.

2

Study the trend

The chart shows how the price behaved before: sale waves, pre-promo hikes, the lowest points. History depth — from 1 to 12 months depending on your plan.

3

Get an alert

Add the product to tracking: Palert checks prices regularly and will message you via Telegram, Email, or Push as soon as the product gets cheaper.

Features

What Palert can do on Ozon

A chart instead of guesswork

Price history for Ozon products from a database of millions of items. Prices are checked regularly — frequency depends on your plan — and the chart shows the marketplace's real price dynamics.

Alerts instead of stakeouts

Telegram, Email, or Push — whatever suits you. No need to catch a flash sale by hand: when the price of a tracked product falls, you'll know.

Deals checked for honesty

Only verified drops make it into the Deals feed: Palert compares the promo price against the product's real price history — inflated "was/now" pairs don't get through.

Mini charts in Ozon search results

The extension for Chrome, Opera, and Firefox shows the price chart on the product page, and in the Ozon catalogue — mini charts right on the result cards. You can compare products before even opening them.

History depth by plan

Free — 1 month of history, Basic — 3 months, Pro — 6, Premium — 12. A year of history shows how the product behaved through every seasonal Ozon promo.

Competitor prices for sellers

If you sell on Ozon, track competitors' prices with the same charts and alerts — no manual page checks.

Common questions about Ozon

Most products on Ozon carry two price tags: the regular one and a reduced one that applies when you pay with the Ozon Card, the marketplace's own payment instrument. That's how Ozon nudges you to pay inside its ecosystem, and the size of the gap differs per product. The deal is judged more reliably not by the momentary gap between two tags, but by the trend: the price history chart in Palert shows what the product really cost in past weeks and months.
