Answers questions
from Pro- what got cheaper and by how much;
- price history as far back as your plan allows;
- trackings, groups and notifications;
- what a tracking found and what the filters removed;
- your purchases and how much you saved;
- where you can save right now;
- marketplace discounts, including by category;
- price check by link.
Manages your list
from Premium- adds a product by link and sets a price threshold;
- tracks a product by name and picks the marketplaces itself;
- sets up filters: price range, required and excluded words, sellers;
- pauses, archives and deletes trackings;
- creates and renames groups, deletes empty ones;
- records purchases to count your savings.
The assistant sees prices the same way as your account does: in your account currency, with your buyer discount and customs duty applied. History depth and the tracking limit follow your plan.

Assistants sometimes rename their menus. If you cannot find an item, look for connectors, integrations or MCP. The URL and the Palert permission page stay the same.
AI assistants on Palert plans
AI assistants are not available.
The assistant answers from your data and changes nothing.
At your request the assistant adds products, sets price thresholds, sets up filters, pauses trackings and records purchases.
The number of assistant requests per minute and per day depends on your plan — your limit is shown in your account. Moved from Pro to Premium? Reconnect the assistant to allow changes.
AI price analytics for business
For sellers, brands and distributors with hundreds of trackings. Ask the assistant in plain words and get a ready report, table or chart instead of digging through your account. The assistant builds the charts and tables itself from Palert data.
Assortment summaries
- Price drops across your assortmentWhat got cheaper over a day, a week or up to 90 days: one request scans up to 1,000 trackings and returns the biggest drops.
- Prices and stock at a glanceBest price, stock and marketplaces for all your trackings — as a table you can paste into Excel.
- Charts and tables in the assistantPrice history of any product, and comparisons between products and marketplaces.
Reports for a period
- How prices movedAcross your whole assortment in one request: change, typical (median) price, price range and how many times the price changed.
- Who broke your price corridorMAP/RRP control: which best-price sellers went outside your price bounds, when and by how much.
- What went out of stockWhat sold out during the period, how many days it was unavailable and when it came back.
| Product | Change | Typical price | Days out of stock |
|---|---|---|---|
| −6% | 26,990 ₽ | — | |
| −8% | 29,800 ₽ | 2 | |
| +4% | 36,900 ₽ | — | |
| −12% | 10,490 ₽ | 5 |
- Companies usually connect corporate ChatGPT and Claude plans. Even then, the assistant never gets your name, email or phone.
- Hundreds of trackings: Premium (up to 250) and Enterprise (more, with limits set for your needs).
What the assistant sees — and what it doesn't
The assistant gets access only after you click Allow on the Palert page yourself. Without that, it sees nothing.
Sees
- your trackings and their settings;
- prices, price history and offers found;
- groups and notifications;
- the discount feed;
- purchases and savings;
- price check results by link;
- your plan and limits.
Never gets
- your name, email and phone;
- your password;
- your payment details;
- other people's trackings and purchases.
Cannot
- delete a group with trackings — only in your account;
- change your plan, payment or profile settings;
- mark notifications as read.
Your messages to the assistant go straight to its service — Palert does not see them. What the assistant gets from Palert is then handled by the assistant's service under its own rules. Product and seller names come from the stores as they are, and Palert marks them for the assistant as data, not instructions.
All assistant requests from the last 30 days are visible in your account, on the Log tab. You can disconnect an assistant at any time: AI assistants → Connected → Disconnect. Access is closed right away.
Privacy policy, section 7 (in Russian)Palert API for developers
Need your Palert data in your own scripts, Google Sheets, n8n or dashboards? The Enterprise plan includes the Palert API — REST access with personal keys to your trackings, prices, history, notifications and purchases. The documentation is open to everyone, so you can read it before you upgrade.
An Enterprise personal key also works with MCP clients that cannot sign in via OAuth and accept only an Authorization header.
