1. Purpose and scope
1.1. This document (hereinafter — the Cookie Policy) defines the procedure for using cookies and other similar technologies on the websites palert.io, palert.ru, app.palert.ru, and related Palert services (hereinafter — the Service), the operator of which is Individual Entrepreneur Paranichev Dmitry Alexandrovich, TIN 860319715652 (hereinafter — the «Operator»).
1.2. The Cookie Policy is an integral part of the Operator's Privacy Policy and applies to all Users visiting the Service.
1.3. By using the Service, the User confirms that they have read the terms of this Cookie Policy in full.

3. Types of cookies used on palert.io
3.1. Strictly necessary cookies — ensure the operation of the Service, maintain the session of an authorized User, provide security, and remember selected settings. Without such cookies, certain features of the Service are impossible or work incorrectly.
- PHPSESSID — a session identifier required for User authentication and session maintenance; retention period — until the browser session ends.
- app_token — a technical httpOnly cookie for authentication in the user account and API request exchange; retention period is determined by session parameters and authentication settings.
- app_accept_cookies — a marker that the cookie usage notice has been accepted; retention period — up to 12 months.
- interface utility cookies — store technical settings for individual interface elements, such as scroll position or toggle state; retention period depends on the purpose of the specific element but does not exceed 12 months.
3.2. Analytics cookies — used to collect statistics on visits to the Service, analyze User behavior on pages, and improve the interface. They are used on the basis of the User's consent.
- Yandex.Metrica cookies, including _ym_uid, _ym_d, _ym_isad, _ym_visorc, _ym_metrika_enabled, and similar Metrica technical identifiers — used to count visits, analyze traffic sources, operate Session Replay (Webvisor), and improve the Service.
3.3. The Operator does not use cookies for ad retargeting or for transferring audiences to advertising accounts. At the same time, the Service may track analytics goals related to registration, login, payment, and the start of feature use in order to evaluate product performance.
4. Analytics services and third-party recipients
4.1. To collect statistics on visits to the Service, the Operator uses Yandex.Metrica (counter number 101947712), operated by LLC «YANDEX» (registered address: 119021, Moscow, Lva Tolstogo St., 16).
4.2. Yandex.Metrica may process data about visits to the Service, including IP address, browser and device information, traffic source data, User actions on Service pages, and technical identifiers placed in cookies and localStorage.
4.3. The Service may use the Session Replay (Webvisor) feature, which helps analyze how Users interact with pages. The Operator does not use Session Replay to intentionally collect payment data, passwords, or the contents of private correspondence.
4.4. The terms of data processing by Yandex.Metrica are set by its operator and are available at: https://yandex.ru/legal/confidential/.
4.5. Other web analytics services, including Google Analytics, are not used on the Service.
5. Consent, withdrawal of consent, browser controls
5.1. On the User's first visit to the Service, a notice about the use of cookies is displayed, along with a link to this Cookie Policy.
5.2. Consent to the use of analytics cookies may be expressed by clicking the consent button or by any other explicit action provided by the Service interface.
5.3. The User has the right to withdraw consent at any time by clearing cookies and site data in the browser settings, or by disabling cookie storage for the palert.io domain.
5.4. Most browsers accept cookies automatically. The User can delete saved cookies themselves or block their storage in the browser settings. If strictly necessary cookies are disabled, some features of the Service may not function correctly or may become unavailable.
6. Browser storage that is not a cookie
6.1. The Service uses browser local storage (localStorage and IndexedDB) for authentication, saving user interface preferences, and ensuring the operation of the Service, including:
- data of the authorized user and API service parameters;
- selected interface language;
- analytics flags indicating that certain goals have been reached, to avoid sending the same event repeatedly;
- temporary binding of an order to a payment event for correct analytics goal delivery;
- the state of the interface settings panel;
- flags for visual transitions between pages;
- the state of filters on the search page;
- other technical parameters that ensure the operation of the interface.
6.2. The Service uses Service Worker technology to cache static resources (styles, scripts, images) in order to speed up page loading and support the operation of the Service as a Progressive Web App (PWA).
6.3. Data stored in browser local storage and the Service Worker cache is kept on the User's device. Certain values may be used by the Service when calling the Operator's API, but are not transferred to third parties, except in cases expressly described in this Cookie Policy and the Privacy Policy.
7. Legal grounds for processing and retention periods
7.1. The legal basis for the use of strictly necessary cookies is to ensure the operation of the Service and to perform the contract with the User in accordance with paragraph 5 of part 1 of Article 6 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ «On Personal Data».
7.2. The legal basis for the use of analytics cookies is the User's consent in accordance with paragraph 1 of part 1 of Article 6 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ «On Personal Data».
7.3. The retention period of cookies is determined by their purpose: session cookies are deleted when the browser session ends; persistent cookies are stored for a set period, but no longer than 12 months from the date of their last installation, after which they are renewed or deleted.
7.4. Data collected via analytics cookies is used for statistics, Service performance analysis, and interface improvements. The Operator does not use such data to make legally significant decisions about a specific User.
8. Policy changes
8.1. The Operator has the right to make changes to this Cookie Policy. The current version is published at the address of the Cookie Policy page on the Operator's website.
8.2. Material changes affecting Users' rights are communicated by posting a notice on the website no later than 7 (seven) calendar days before the changes take effect.
